Bill: SEAΔ Fellowship

Congratulations to Bill (Bin) Kiphavong, staff @ My Library for the last 14 years, for being selected as the Lao Fellow for 2020-21 SEAΔ, a project of the Mekong Cultural Hub, an NGO serving people working at the intersection of Arts and Society. He will be exchanging ideas and collaborating with the representatives of the other ASEAN countries throughout the next year.

While working full time as a lawyer at the Luang Prabang Prosecutor’s Office, he has been active in the cultural scene in Luang Prabang through projects @ My Library and at MALAO Studios, a media company he co-founded with another former @ My Library staff. We look forward to the ways this collaboration will benefit Luang Prabang and Laos and wish him the best of luck in this new venture.
